Campsite Use
*Please Click Here to Reserve a campsite for your group. All campsites in the Village are Free to Reenactors. Specify the number of tents, what size tents, how many people And the name of your group.
*All Campsites will maintain a high level of authenticity during the public hours. NO Modern items are to be seen during public hours.
Village Building Use
*Any unit may have use of a building in the Village with these requirements listed below.
*You will be allowed to sleep in the building overnight. You will also be able to camp next to the building, just let us know when you send in your request. If you are not sleeping in the buildings, they will be locked in the evening, so you can leave any items you want in the buildings. If your group plans to sleep in a building, your group is responsible for all of the items in the building.
*You will submit your request And your intent by clicking Here. We will review your request And let you know either way. The bigger the display the better. Using the building as a "barracks" will be rejected. The sooner you submit your request the more chance you will have in obtaining a building. If you agree to the below And bail out on us at the event, you will have lost your chance of getting a building in the future. Please give us a 2 week notice if you can not make it to the event after we have approved your building use.
*You must have a WWII theme & historically correct display.
*You must commit to the whole weekend, in another words, you will be set up And ready to interpret to the public by Saturday at 10:00AM. You cannot start taking down your display until 3:00pm Sunday when the site closes.
*You will also be responsible for any Museum artifacts in the building you are setup in.
*You will be responsible for your items/equipment if they are broken or stolen, not the Museum or the HRS, only you.
*As long as you meet these prerequisites, And fulfill your agreement at the event, you will be locked in for next year.
*Click Here to submit your building request or Campsite Request.
