Fri. Night or Sat. Morning. Meal Tickets can be purchased at the Depot for $20.
NO MODERN VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE VILLAGE DURING
PUBLIC HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
You can load And unload before & after public hours.

12:00pm Registration Opens And Start setting up in the Village. If the Library is not open,
come to the Depot.
7:00pm Friday Night, Commanders Meeting at the Depot.
8:30pm Reenactor Supper (Brats & Kraut) by the School House. You Must Have A Meal
Ticket to Receive Food. Only $20 for 4 Meals. Tickets can be purchased at the Depot.
10:00pm Registration Closes.
SATURDAY, MAY 19, 2012
7:00am Registration Opens. If the Library is not open, come to the Depot.
8:00am Commanders Meeting at the Depot.
8:30am All Reenactors will Police their camps during the meeting. There will be NO
Modern Items Visible to the Public.
9:00am Safety & Authenticity. All Units will be formed up in their Uniform And Equipment
with their Firearm. Be Sure to have a Proper Haircut. Germans by the Depot & Allies by the
Library.
9:30am All Modern Vehicles will be out of the Village. NO Exceptions.
10:00am Site Opens to the Public & Flag Raising.
10:30am Weapons Demo North of the Fire Barn.
11:00am Memorial Service at the Flag Pole.
11:30am Battle South of the Depot.
12:00pm Hospital Demo at the Print Shop
12:30pm Reenactor Lunch (Chicken & Noodles) by the School House. You Must Have A
Meal Ticket to Receive Food. Only $20 for 4 Meals. Tickets can be purchased at the Depot.
1:00pm Veterans Symposium at the Church.
2:30pm Battle South of the Depot.
3:00pm Airborne Jump Demo North of the Fire Barn & Vehicle Parade.
3:30pm Tuskegee Airman Talk at the Harness Shop.
4:00pm Weapons Demo North of the Fire Barn.
5:30pm Flag Lowering.
6:00pm Site Closes to the Public.
6:00pm Reenactor Supper (Brats & Kraut) on the North Side of the McMenomy House. You
Must Have A Meal Ticket to Receive Food. Only $20 for 4 Meals.
7:00pm Bus Leaves for Hanger Dance. Will Return at 11:00pm or so.

10:00am Site Opens to the Public & Flag Raising.
